3 Coin Towers — Bonus Features
Three Pagodas, three completely different bonuses. Here's what green, red and blue each open in 3 Coin Towers — and why the towers themselves pay nothing.
How Each Feature Pays
What raises each Pagoda, what waits behind it, and what the prize tables actually look like. If you have not spun the reels yet, the 3 Coin Towers how-to-play guide covers bet sizing first.
Lucky Time Pagodas
How to Trigger
Green, red and blue Gong Tokens land on the 5x3 grid, in the main game and during Free Games. Each token raises its own Pagoda one level.
What Happens
This is the spine of the game, and it works differently from the tower systems it resembles. The three Pagodas standing over the festival are not jackpot meters — nothing pays when one of them tops out. What happens instead is that the completed Pagoda rises into the sky and opens its bonus game, and which of the three got there decides what you play next. Green means Free Games, red means the Coin Hold Bonus, blue means the Moonlight Pick'em. Because the Gongs keep landing during Free Games too, a round that started on one Pagoda can push another one over the line while it is still running.
Prizes
The Pagodas award no prize of their own. Everything paid in this game comes from the three bonuses they open, from the 30 paylines, or from the gold pot at 40x base bet for five of a kind.
Variants
Three towers, three destinations, no choice involved. You cannot direct a Gong Token or pick which Pagoda to build.
Strategy
Watch the tower heights rather than the reels — they are the only thing on screen that tells you what is coming. Two Pagodas one level from the top is genuinely a different position from three at half height, even though the reels look the same. It changes nothing you can do, but it changes what a session is worth sitting through.

88 Free Games (Green Pagoda)
How to Trigger
Fill the Green Pagoda with green Gong Tokens.
What Happens
The green tower delivers 88 free games in a single award, set beneath a full moon at the height of the festival. That is a long feature by any measure, and the length is the point — the Gong Tokens keep landing throughout, so the other two Pagodas continue to rise while you spin for free. More free games can be added during the round, and both the Coin Hold and the Pick'em bonuses can be unlocked from inside it. A green trigger is therefore rarely just a green trigger; it is the round most likely to hand you a second bonus for nothing.
Prizes
Free games pay off the same 30 lines and the same paytable as the base game, with the vertically expanding Wild in play throughout. The upside comes from volume and from the bonuses that can open mid-round.
Variants
One format. Additional free games and the other two bonus games can both be awarded while the feature runs.
Strategy
Do not treat this as an isolated round. Its real value is what it does to the red and blue towers over 88 spins, so a green trigger arriving when the other two Pagodas are already high is worth considerably more than the same trigger from a standing start.
| Trigger | Green Pagoda complete |
| Free games | 88 |
| Extra spins | Can be awarded mid-feature |
| Other bonuses | Can unlock from inside the round |
Coin Hold Bonus (Red Pagoda)
How to Trigger
Fill the Red Pagoda with red Gong Tokens.
What Happens
The red tower takes you to the lantern-lit streets after the crowds have gone, where scattered Chinese coins fill the empty festival grounds. It is a hold-and-win: the coins lock in place carrying their values and the grid fills as the round plays out. Ordinary coins hold prizes up to 30x the total bet, and three of the jackpot tiers can land on a coin directly. The fourth is different. Fill every one of the 15 grid positions and the ULTRA jackpot pays 1,000x total bet on top of whatever the coins add up to — the biggest single published prize in the game and the one that requires a completely full board, not a lucky symbol.
Prizes
Coin prizes up to 30x total bet. MIN jackpot 50x. MID 100x. MAX 300x. ULTRA 1,000x total bet, awarded only for filling all 15 positions.
Variants
No modes to choose between. The jackpot tiers are fixed amounts, not a progressive pool — nothing accumulates between sessions or between players.
Strategy
The three lower tiers can land on any coin, so a short round is not a wasted one. ULTRA is the exception: it demands all 15 positions, which means the round has to keep producing coins right to the end. Judge a Coin Hold round by how the board is filling, not by the totals on the coins already down.
| Trigger | Red Pagoda complete |
| Coin prizes | Up to 30x total bet |
| MIN / MID / MAX | 50x / 100x / 300x |
| ULTRA | 1,000x — all 15 positions |
| Pool type | Fixed, not progressive |
Moonlight Pick'em (Blue Pagoda)
How to Trigger
Fill the Blue Pagoda with blue Gong Tokens.
What Happens
The blue tower opens at dawn, after the celebration has faded and the streets are quiet. Sixteen bags of gold have been left behind, and you choose from them. Most hold a modest cash prize between 5x and 10x the total bet. Four of them hold the coloured awards, and the gap between those is wide: Green pays 20x, Blue 50x, Purple 200x, and Red 500x total bet. It is the shortest of the three bonuses and the one with the least in between — a handful of picks decides the whole thing.
Prizes
Cash prizes 5x to 10x total bet. Green Award 20x, Blue Award 50x, Purple Award 200x, Red Award 500x.
Variants
Sixteen bags, no variants. Where the awards sit is decided before you pick, so the order you choose in changes nothing.
Strategy
There is no skill in a pick'em and no pattern in the bags — the outcome is set before the first tap. What is worth knowing is the shape of the prize table: the floor here is low and the Red Award at 500x is the second-largest published prize in the game, which makes this the streakiest of the three bonuses.
| Trigger | Blue Pagoda complete |
| Bags | 16 |
| Cash prizes | 5x to 10x total bet |
| Awards | Green 20x, Blue 50x, Purple 200x, Red 500x |
Expanding Wild
How to Trigger
The Wild symbol lands in the main game or during Free Games.
What Happens
The Wild substitutes for every symbol except the Bonus and the Token — meaning it will never stand in for a Gong, so it cannot help you raise a Pagoda. What it does instead is expand vertically to connect a win, which on a three-row grid with 30 fixed lines means one Wild can complete several lines at once. It is the plainest mechanic in the game and it is doing the least glamorous job: keeping a balance alive between Pagoda completions.
Prizes
No multiplier attached. Value comes from substitution and vertical expansion across the 30 lines. The gold pot is the top-paying symbol at 40x base bet for five of a kind.
Variants
Same behaviour in the main game and in Free Games. It never substitutes for the Bonus or Token symbols.
Strategy
Nothing to play here — you cannot influence a Wild. The one thing worth remembering is the exclusion: Wilds do not count toward the Gongs, so a Wild-heavy screen looks generous while doing nothing at all for the towers.
